Before joining Shift Health in 2023 as a Consultant, Yoan acquired diverse experiences in business development, sales, and analytics. Known as an empathetic relationship builder, he possesses a global perspective that enriches his strategic approach.

Yoan completed his PharmD at the University of Toronto. During his studies, he undertook advanced pharmacy placements at community pharmacies, actively contributing to COVID vaccination initiatives. Additionally, he spent time at CAMH, optimizing therapy for psychiatric patients, and chronic pain patients, enhancing his skills in managing complex healthcare needs.

Currently pursuing an MBA at the Rotman School of Management, with an emphasis in healthcare strategy, Yoan holds a leadership role, elected as the VP Finance for the Rotman Health Management Association. In this role, he actively empowers and supports students from diverse backgrounds to explore, shape, and achieve their aspirations in the healthcare and life science sectors.
