Supporting Investor Engagement to Raise Funding for a New Research Institute
Shift Health was engaged by Ryerson University to develop a briefing note to engage investors for an institute focused on advancing the R&D of biomedical engineering technologies.
Shift Health interviewed key researchers at Ryerson University to understand preliminary thinking on the institute and conducted a high-level external assessment to gain insights on potential competitors, partners and funders. Shift Health built on this research and analysis to develop a unique value proposition for the institute and crafted a compelling, evidence-based concept brief for use in upcoming meetings with funders.
The vision articulated by Shift Health positioned the University to engage funders and secure the resources required to launch the institute.
